To strengthen project management capabilities, the team developed an interface within the application that allows users to create, track, and manage OKRs. A separate application was created to digitize labor management processes and generate structured insights from data now captured in the LMS environment. This solution enabled the creation and maintenance of Value Added Services that the existing WMS did not support.

Reporting was unified through Power BI dashboards within a centralized Data Informed Framework, replacing scattered, inconsistent views with a shared and reliable picture of the business. For the CEO, this meant that the time previously spent building manual Excel reports could be redirected to strategic decisions. The answers were now in the system.
